We did not have a good experience with Cabinets to Go. We were told certain things would be done which, in the end, were not professionally done. Several corners don't come together properly and there are many unfinished surfaces; I do not recommend them.

Review of Cabinets To Go, Huntsville, AL:
I cannot express enough disappointment with the flooring I purchased from Cabinets To Go located at 10035 Memorial Parkway SW, Huntsville, AL 35803. I opted for what was promised to be real wood flooring, only to find out it was nothing but a facade. The supposed "real wood" started to peel away from the top mere two months after installation, revealing its true nature.
On August 24, 2023, I made the decision to invest in what I thought would be a quality flooring solution for my home. Little did I know, it would turn into a nightmare. Within a short span of time, the so-called "real wood" began to deteriorate, leaving me with unsightly peeling edges and a floor that looks far from the promised aesthetic.
Despite my attempts to address the issue, I've faced nothing but frustration. While I must commend the store manager, Kayal Noblit, for her exceptional customer service and efforts to assist me, it's disheartening that the corporate office refuses to acknowledge the problem, let alone provide a solution.
Cabinets To Go has proven to be a horrendous company to deal with. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify issues speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this establishment to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid Cabinets To Go at all costs.

High-quality product (no particle board, plywood boxes, hardwood fronts, dovetail joints on drawers), very helpful local staff. Great way to buy cabinets, especially if you don't have time to wait for manufacturing. You can also save considerable money by electing to assemble yourself (they are shipped unassembled in flat boxes). My only complaint is that local staff have inadequate authority to resolve problems (we had an installation charge issue relating to work that wasn't done) and higher up, corporate staff are inflexible. Our problem was never resolved to our satisfaction, and the company, quite honestly, didn't seem to care.
