CSS Renovations

I literally waited nearly 3 weeks for them to come out for their appointment after I got my home inspection I had a detailed report and list I even explained to the receptionist I booked the appointment that they could yes, in fact, handle all of the small repairs on this list and not only did he call me the day of the appointment and say that he was running late and he cannot make it today but then he mentioned he did not get a copy of the inspection report after 2 1/2/3 weeks he was just now getting ready to look at the report. They failed to even tell me they did not receive it or maybe they didnt look fact of the matter is he tells me that their company cannot handle replacing a hot water heater, minor vinyl flooring replacement . Very minimal electrical work very minimal plumbing work all in all its a rental property so it doesnt need to be state of the art reno so not only will I never use this company again, but I will never recommend them to anyone. I wasted my time nearly 3 weeks and backed out the last minute and then when I was able to reschedule, he then said he cannot do anything on this list and told me it was gonna be around 30 grand as if I didnt have money, or knew exactly what I was trying to pay at any rate it seems like they just try to weasel their way out of working/communicating/being a real business. This place is highly unprofessional, and I am very disappointed and I cannot get my time back that I wasted with these people . He does not value my time, and did not care enough to be sympathetic and point me in the direction of anybody else. What a joke. So I pulled up to the mapco here in Madison on county line road. Went to park in a handicap spot for my mother and what do you know CSS renovations truck parked in a handicap spot bunch of 20 year old guys sitting there eating their food just parked. I don't know too much about this company that shows really poor ethics right there
