    I just left this store for the second time in the last few months and noticed that although I wasnt completely ignored, they definitely dont provide the same kind of service to all their customers (and there were only two of us in the store). The other customer was told about some sale items and I overheard her mention a BOGO offer (that wasnt offered to me). It was whispered to her so maybe it was a special just for her? Anyway, that is the last time I even go in there. Its a shame as the clothes are cute and I was about to try on a few things.

    I have shopped primarily at the Patton Creek location since they have opened. I love their Kut jeans however, I will never give them my hard earn money again.. if you want great service, sweet girls and similar styles. Go to Pink Tulip, South and The Pant Store. They have great customer service and their return policies are reasonable .If the tags have been removed from an item even if they havent been worn DP wont even offer an exchange or a credit. My complaint is the same as the review I read before mine plus the girl in charge at the Summit was extremely condescending and rude. . My advice, spin your money somewhere else where there are better prices, great customer service and reasonable return policies. . Responding to the owner saying I have shopped one time in 2024.. But what about all the other years? Brought in a friend one time who spent quite a bit of money. I read your other replies and was shocked on how you gas light your customers after a bad review. Its shameful. Usually owners are apologetic and try to make it right but not dear prudence. Like I said, shop other boutiques, they dont have condescending and rude employees like the one I experienced at the summit. You were not there, and you did not see how she treated me. Amy knows me well at the Galleria location. If the tags are not on and the item is not damaged or worn you should swap it out for a store credit or exchange within 7 days. You dont have the same policy as other boutiques have..at least they treat their customers with respect and give a little. They have never been condescending and rude..Not once. She acts like that because the owner sets the tone Amy is an exception. I dont have a problem with her. She has always treated me kindly. She knows me by name because I have been a loyal customer in the past. This year hasnt been too kind to me so I havent shopped much. Amy just has to enforce your horrible return policies. I have not once criticized an employee, complained about prices or had a complaint in general until today. However, I do remember you being much higher on a pair of jeans then a similar boutique and your store wouldnt even match their price. So an outright lie and you obviously have me confused with another customer. Im not sure where you got your information. You didnt even get my name right ..

Hi Pjones I am the owner and I am in the Hoover store today. We have greeted every single person that has entered and we have checked in with each person to see if they were hunting anything specific. If someone says to us "I'm just looking" or "I'm just browsing" we do tend to back off and give the person space. We have our sale rack that is always in the store.. as someone shops it we typically mention what the discount is.. then we have BOGO on food items in our Blackbird store next door which we have been mentioning to folks as they have been in the store for a bit. But no, if someone dismisses us and acts as if they don't want to interact we do not stand over them to force interaction. Sorry Pamela White Henshaw we do enforce our return policy, and we use our specific connector tags for security. Since your item was missing our security tag we could not take it back. Our Store Manager was absolutely not rude with you at all (we do have cameras in all of our stores.) You are not a loyal customer, you have shopped with us one time in 2024. Every time you come in you complain about our store, our sales people, our prices.. we don't consider that a loyal customer. You mentioned several other great local businesses, all with either the same, or a similar return policy to ours. We think it's a great plan that you enjoy those businesses instead. Adding here that we have cameras in every store. I have SEEN your horrible behavior to my employees and your complaining! You are comical that we are gaslighting anyone. You took the item home, removed the tags, wore it and reattached the tag with your own and then tried to bring it back.. funny how your initial complaint says it didn't have the tag attached and that was the issue.. This is why we have specific security tags on all of our garments! You have been trespassed from all of our stores, do not ever step foot in one again. You expect the rules to be tweaked for you which shows how entitled you are. We have been in business for 12 years and have 8 stores, we love and know our actual loyal customers and provide great service and value. We are over the rude, entitled behavior and will absolutely not subject our employees to it any longer. We will defend our business and our employees always and in ALL ways.
