      image I banked with Truist, formerly BB&T, now for over twelve years. The customer service has been great with the regular deposit accounts as well as with our house purchase. I've had great experiences in the branches, and the online banking is well-designed. Their rates are competitive. The bankers have been helpful. It's a well-established bank. I highly recommend them.
