The teller told my partner it was an invalid license!
It's a Puerto Rico, USA driver license which wasn't expired.
We had to drive to a location who knew proper procedure.
The teller was super rude and was being super strict instead of asking her peers who might have known the correct answer and assist her.
BBVA is a good choice to bank with still.
