        AR style gunshots were fired on March 23 at 2:00 am at this complex and the residents were not notified. Hoover PD responded to shots fired and the suspect was chased into Georgia from Hoover, AL Onyx: I am sorry that you feel that gunfire outside my 12 year olds bedroom window was not a threat. However that is typical with the attitude of the staff and ownership to dismiss issues within the complex. I told the office almost a year ago that the blocks beneath my feet move when I walk in my apartment (and I am a small woman). No one has done anything and allowed new tenants to move in the apartment beneath me knowing it is infested with roaches

        They have so many rats that come out during the day and night and they wont do anything about it. Just want to lay traps and baits down. No one wants to live with rodents to point you walk in the kitchen and turn on the light and see not one but two rats roaming around the floor is a major issue that needs to be address. Please find a different place to live. My worst mistake was moving here.

        Grant was my leading agent and he was great got me all setup. I do wish I could get a phone call heads up before the exterminator comes. I been trying to get treatment for weeks. I dont do bugs and I been seeing them

        Walls and floors are tissue paper thin, so much so that I can hear when my neighbors shower and flush their toilets.. you will get little to no rest here because the noise is ridiculous apartments are old and outdated.
