I have to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs since moving into renaissance at galleria last week. Firstly, I want to acknowledge the fantastic potential of this property. The spacious layout and ideal location initially attracted me, and the quiet atmosphere promised a peaceful living environment. However, my experience thus far has been marred by several significant issues that reflect poorly on the management of the property. Despite my request for the lease to begin on April 1st, I was informed that it had to start no later than the 25th of March due to the apartment's supposed readiness. Regrettably, since the 1st day of my moving here (03/25/24) the A/C system has been broke no working at all, rendering the apartment uncomfortably hot and preventing me from enjoying a single day of rest. While the temperature may not have reached extreme levels, the lack of urgency from management in addressing this matter is concerning. Maybe because she is not who have to sleep while sweating at night. Moreover, the deteriorating condition of the bathroom, evident in the peeling paint on the bathtub and doors, is unacceptable for a property of this caliber. Additionally, the inability to open the windows poses a safety and ventilation hazard that must be addressed promptly. Furthermore, despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive keys to the mailbox. Each time I inquire about this essential access, I am met with promises of action, yet no resolution is provided. In light of these ongoing issues and the apparent lack of urgency and accountability from management, I feel compelled to caution others against considering any properties managed by this company. The failure to uphold basic standards of maintenance and responsiveness is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the overall management of the property. I urge you to prioritize these concerns and take immediate action to rectify the situation. As a resident, I expect and deserve a living environment that meets reasonable standards of comfort and functionality. I was patiently waiting a solution but this seen a nightmare is almost midnight and I am not able to rest because I am I suffocated and extremely uncomfortable. My god What I have to do have a fair treatment and respectful solution ASAP? Is there any with empathetic personality in this company that can addressed this situation with diligence?

The new property manager and assistant seem to be nice, however, the maintenance staff is awful. I just see them sitting around the complex and while they are inside they cant stay off their phone long enough to fix things properly. This place has gone down since I moved here. Its a sign its time for us to go. The amount of the rent does not match the experience. Just over it. This is after a massive water leak where I requested mold to be checked and sprayed for. Update: I dont know if its the maintenance staff or the property management as to why things continue to go downhill. Probably a combination of the two. After having to call corporate for the second time in 1 1/2 months and a 6th maintenance request. They finally came and pulled rotted wood and placed new wood and painted it white. They are supposed to come back and paint it to match the color of the cabinets, doubt that will happen. Just glad the smell and moldy looking stuff is gone. I give them 2 stars for effort. Still way overpriced for the lack of commitment to the upkeep of the community and individual units. Also wanting us to pay things they should be responsible for.
