They were happy to take my daughter's deposit money with promises of a ground floor apartment by a certain date..not ready..then another apartment promised..not ready. The money order that was REQUIRED to get the empty promises was returned but is useless as my daughter cannot get her money back on a money order made out to them. Every single text or conversation is answered with " I will talk to upper management" and then silence. I wouldn't want anyone I cared about living in this place. Their customer service is simply horrid. And maybe "upper management" needs to be the first to learn about customer service.

Elevation Hoover is a total joke. The girl at the front desk has zero personality and communication is terrible. They have scammed tons of people and continue to operate and do business in a dishonest fashion. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.
