Very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of Capital.
Their representative was knowledgeable personable and explained everything he was doing to the generator for the annual checkup.
Also, he explained that everything was working properly and everything looked fine.
Capital is taking good care of our Generac generator.
One year later, April 2024, time for the annual Generac maintenance visit.
It is a really good feeling to know that your equipment is taken care of by a skilled technician working for a reliable and ethical company!

Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing. He answered all of our questions. He also gave tips on changing the air filter. He thoroughly explain the service agreement. I highly recommend him.
