Being an OLD person, I have no reason for being in there, but my 12 yr old great nephew was getting a bday shopping day. The two guys working there(I fondly called them nerds)were fun and wonderfully helpful. Plus, they didn't care that I called them nerds.

I give five stars to this GameStop and the one in Montclair. Mia, the lady I went to first to address the issue of an online order from GameStop that apparently was executed somewhere out in Texas, was so sweet, apologetic, and professional about the situation. The online thing from this Texas location sent me a Nintendo Switch copy of the game when I ordered a PS4 copy as it clearly stated on the purchase paper that came with the Nintendo Switch copy in the mail. It turned out, Mia was able to contact the GameStop at Montclair (which was the only one close to the general area where I live that had a PS4 copy of the game) to have if reserved in my name. When I went to the Montclair store, the gentleman named Isaac was kind enough to work with me in a very professional manner. The two associates, Mia and Isaac, worked together over the phone to get the situation with the Nintendo Switch copy taken care of so that I got the copy I payed full price for and traded in the copy I never asked for. Will definitely be shopping at either GameStop in the future.
