        Way to high got the same job they were going to do done, plus oil change tires rotated, all for two hundred and fifty dollars less at Norma Auto. Plus a loving caring Christian man done it all.

        DO NOT MAKE YOUR DAY WORSEN by going to this place!! A few months ago they charged me $1,200 for a coolant leakage fix, now there's a leak again. I took it to them to check where the problem is, the guy behind the desk was extremely rude - I can't believe it! Then, I had difficulty hearing him when he called me to tell me what the problem is, he yelled on me so wildly - no one would behave like that with a customer. When your day is already ruined by a failure in your car, so do not make it worsen by going to this place! I wish there was a -5 star rate, he deserves it!

        Its crazy how people say what they dont do when you call them but it sure got services listed on here that yall got on here like yall do. If you dont replace certain things why is it listed under services like you do or thats just some I was told because nobody feel like working.

        Went here after getting a RIDICULOUS quote at Midas, and I was able to get the same work done for over HALF of what i wouldve paid. Everyone Im the office is nice and informative. Definitely go here before you go anywhere else!!!!!

        Heading to Florida & got halfway to Florida from Kentucky. My vehicle started misfiring on Thursday evening, woke up stupid early to get to a dealership that told me they couldnt even look at my vehicle until Monday. I was going to risk it & try to make it to Florida. My vehicle almost stopped so I pulled over on the next exit & by the grace of God Hatfield was on this exit. They brought my vehicle right in & did the work I needed for it. These people pretty much saved our vacation! I cant give them enough praise for how wonderful they were! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

      We try to install quality parts that have the least amount of chance to have a defect (break down). Yes they are higher in price. We price our business in the middle of the cost range on average. On parts like starters, alternators, and a/c compressors we only install brand new parts that typically do cost more but do not have the high defect rate as remanufactured units. I could not even find a Norma Auto online or in social media. When you have a physical location vs a mobile or someone's back yard anyone will be more expensive as they have property taxes, equipment, building maintenance, and many more expenses to maintain the facility.

      Yes, we did fix a coolant leak on June 16th, 2023. Mr. Amin brought his Car in today October 23, 2023, stating that there was a coolant leak and to not do anything that would cost money. After pressure checking cooling system, we found no leak and the coolant reservoir and radiator were full of coolant at this time. I called Mr. Amin and asked did he add any coolant. After listening to him state that he added coolant before the previous repair, and I again asked him the same question and got the same answer. I did speak louder (but not wildly or rudely) again and finally got the answer which was no he did not add coolant to the vehicle. I explained to him that the leak was an oil leak and he said that only something was dripping on the driveway. He then picked up his vehicle and he did address me about how he thought I was rude. I apologized and handed him his keys. He then accused me of taking his door key off his key ring which I did not. I tried calling him about this review and it went to voicemail.
