        They are the best at one on one customer service. Honestly only had one problem I didn't cause myself. They immediately fixed it. It wasn't even necessarily their fault because I was notified before...it was s $6 service fee. It was removed and fixed immediately and because of the great customer service she ask me to tell my dad to check his account so they could fix his as well. Only time I have ever had a problem! Love this bank and suggest it to all my coworkers!
