Won't go back to this branch. Terrible customer service. Started out fine but then the person I was dealing with wouldn't return my calls and it was extremely frustrating.

Region bank has started putting 10 day hold on all mobile deposits even if you have been depositing the same company check for months. I was told ,if I bring in the check Regions could tell me if a hold would be placed before making the deposit. That way I could take it to another bank. The local branches here in Florence,Al. are all great and this is out of there hands. So the alternative is go to another bank which Im going to do. What good is bank that puts a 10 day hold on your paycheck every week. It seems like they maybe holding the money to drawl interest. This bank must be in trouble maybe they need a government bailout.
