**This nursing home has a ways to go before they deserve any stars. The food often tastes or smells bad. Workers (especially in the evenings) are rude and much too busy talking among themselves, not working. Have been hung up on several times while on hold. My cousin's tv and multiple cell phones have been stolen by staff. Also my cousin hasn't been given water at times--he was very thirsty! Workers need much better oversight and probably more pay for this demanding job. Get with it new management!

Where to start. The building is old run down, EVEN AFTER THE SO CALLED RENOVATIONS!!! This facility has a high staff turnover rate. Every 2 to 3 months the management changes!!!They seem to be understaffed, I never see more than 1-2 people on a unit!!! When I call the facility, usually cant get anyone on the phone, and if they do answer they are usually unable to answer the questions!!! Some of the staff are nice, seem overwhelmed do to lack of staff members!!! I gave them 1 star, only because 1/2 stars are not selectable!!!

Every time I have question they are quick to find out then or get back to me. Staff is great and helpful. Geep doing great work!!!!!!
