My neuro retired unexpectedly and De Kasmia was wonderful with the transition -wanting to keep my regimen for my MS stable with no changes until they are needed- this reduced a lot of stress that I have been told for years I need to avoid and I was very relieved. He does spend time and asks questions. I have had several neuros after I was first diagnosed many years ago, due to insurance changes and the differences are amazing between a good one and a bad one, I have dealt with some very bad ones, but it does let me appreciate the good ones even more

Have called multiple times and have always gotten the answering service saying "call back in five minutes" finally got on the phone with someone and they places me on hold for 20 minutes. How do I get the help I need when no one wants to answer the phone??

Dr Kasmia is the most caring and thorough physician I have met since moving to Daphne from the medical world of UAB in Birmingham. He actually LISTENS and discusses symptoms and effects of medications. I highly recommend him!
