      image Ever since PNC acquired BBVA this bank has gone downhill. Dealing with PNC online, over the phone, via chat and even in person is a horrific experience. I have closed all my accounts and moved to another financial institution. Yet, PNC keeps sending me emails about my accounts, but I can't log in and calling them is useless. PNC doesn't belong in small town banking.
