Worst bank in Regions. Never answer phones. Parking lot sucks. Staff is never available. Don't leave your money in a bank that doesn't care about you.

After multiple times being put on hold, finally getting someone on phone, still unable to get manager to return phone call. Two days in a row was told manager would call me back...NOPE! Just opened account and can't wait to close it!!! STAY AWAY FROM REGIONS BANK!!!
