Stay out of Room 310!!! INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!! Stayed at this location from 3/25/24 to 3/29/24. On Thursday morning when I woke up, I noticed I had several bites on my neck and arm. At first I didnt think too much about it until I woke up on Friday morning, the day I was checking out and had MORE bites on me!! After looking around I saw a bug on the other bed (room I stayed in had 2 double beds). I killed the bug and decided to look up on Google as to what bed bugs look like as I have NEVER had this experience before. Sure enough! The bug I saw was indeed a BED BUG!! I tried calling the front desk after realizing all of this and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager was not in at the time and I gave them my name along with my phone number and I asked to be contacted by the hotel manager to discuss this further. Oh course, no return call! This is WAY below the Hilton standard and will definitely be contacting Hiltons corporate office to file a formal complaint in regards to this! I got home Friday evening, unpacked all of my clothes and immediately put all of them into the washing machine on hot water. I went to bed Friday evening at home in my own bed and woke up Saturday morning with MORE bites on me!!! I am so disgusted with this hotel and the filthyness of this place and I can assure you that Hilton corporate will be made aware of my experience. If these bugs were brought back to my home and infest my home, look out Hilton is all I have to say.

Hotel is an alright place to stay for work, but not where I'd stay for vacation. It could benefit from an upgrade or complete teardown and rebuild, whichever is the better option. I'm on the second floor and it feels like the foundation has shifted even from there. Floors a little warped, walk downhill to the toilet in the bathroom. Tiles in the bathroom have been redone in areas but since the floor is warped some stick up to trip you or stub your toe on.
Still, it's an ok spot for work travel. My wife would've had us switch hotels if we were on vacation.
