My husband has been waiting for hours, waiting room is stacked up with people waiting. Going all day with no food or water. Stressful situation, horrible way to treat elderly patients. I told my husband to leave, but he is staying because he has already waited so long. Will NOT use that place again. There's a much better surgical center on the other side of town. They also were wrong about which eye to operate on. Praying they get things right and surgery is successful. But never again. Update.... My husband decided to leave. The doctor is 3 hours behind. They close in 2 hours. Pointless to wait any longer.

Working in healthcare, we as healthcare workers are always looking at facility, staff, patient care. I honestly couldn't have ask for a better outcome today. From start to finish it went perfect. To the ladies and gentlemen that had any hand in my care today, thank you. Thank you for being patient, caring, and making me feel safe. Guy said we are going to treat you like our family was perfect. They definitely exceeded expectations today.
