My husband has been a patient of Dr. Duke's for probably 7-9 years. He has been the most caring, dedicated, knowledgeable and professional physician who has worked harder than anyone
to help cure and prevent further complications in the multiple wounds Tom has experienced. We are so thankful to have him in our area and constantly tell others about his wonderful care. Wish there were 10 stars.

Dr. Duke and his staff from front office to care staff are 2nd to none. After a long stint in the hospital with sepsis and a leg amputation I came home needing wound care. Being a larger person and due to my illness I needed at home care. They not only started making visits in home but were able to perform some normal procedures at my home. Through the visits from Danni and Nealy they were able to direct my Care and heal my wounds at home. The ladies in the office have always gone out of their way to help from billing, insurance and orders for care and medication. ANYONE satisfied or not with the current care they receiving elsewhere give Dr. Duke and his staff a chance to give a 2nd opinion. I would and will give them the chance everytime I need the type if care they provide! Thank you guys for not just being the usual plug and play care so many offer.

I have suffered with Hidradenitis Suppurativa since 1997. Over the years, I've seen some of the worst doctors and "specialists". I was referred to Dr. Duke back in 2017 for wound debridement and wound care. I developed a severe infection, but he caught it and put me on iv antibiotics. He literally saved my life. I'm under his care again and had debridement surgery for another area that HS has taken over. I specifically requested to be referred to him because I trust him. Dr. Duke is a no BS doctor! He doesn't mess around waiting on something to happen. He makes healing happen. You will never find a more genuine and caring doctor that stays up to date on research. Dr. Duke's focus is on the patient. You are not just a medical number to him. Donna, the queen of all nurses, is amazing. She makes sure that you get the best care in the office, in surgery, and at home. If you live in the southeast region and have a stubborn wound, you need to see Dr. Duke. He will help you heal!
