Hello, my name is Patricia Berry I hired this Law Firm to handle a personal injury case and a car accident case. I was assured that this firm could handle these cases. Well to my surprise these people were by far the worst law firm I had ever seen. My cases sat in this office for almost two years with absolutely no chances of being settled. They keep telling me different things about my case. The case with the apartment complex, a light fixture fell and hit me in the head. Well, this law firm was not able to get the responsible parties to comply at all. Then Larry Given told me that it would cost too much money for them to go into litigation. By this time, I had only 3 to 5 months left before the statute of limitation runs out. This was sad. Now, I had to try and hire another attorney who would go right into litigation within three months. Thank God I was able to get someone who didnt mind spending money for my case to go into litigation. Also, Larry inform me shortly after that the most they could get was $3300.00 in settling the auto accident, finally he told me they could not get the case settled at all, and this wasnt even a total loss. I had less than 3 months to try and settle the auto accident case. Because I did not have much time to negotiation, I had to accept whatever they were willing to give. However, I was able to settle the case myself and put $5000.00 in my pocket. This Law Firm did me a raw deal and I hate I ever called them for services. They only caused me hard ache, pain and disappointment.
