        I contacted Poly to honor my warranty on my backbeat fit 3200 and was told they could not honor it because it was no longer being made- they offered me a product half the price, and did not have noise canceling . The product is 6 months old and I paid full price, IF IT WAS GOING TO BE DISCONTINUED IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON SALE. I have this brand of earbuds for the last 10 years- they have lost a customer
