They seemed helpful in the beginning
so i Submitted info for a simple design never received a correspondence and after a month sent several emails with nothing....this is a very unprofessional company...I seen thier 3.9 review and thought maybe that was a fluke boy was I wrong....just needed a simple design and they couldn't even do it lol not sure they are actually an engineering company I'd hate to see how they would fail given a major task...DO NOT USE this company!!! -2 out of 10stars.

I have used Northstar on more than one occasion . Very professional and thorough. My family used them when our lake cottage suffered damage during Hurricane Michael and their report on the lack of true structural damage allowed us to rebuild instead of bulldozing it down. I use them for all my engineering needs as a real estate agent and highly recommend them.
