        Ive had tmobile for years and have had the pleasure of visiting this location a few times. There are a few employees in particular that are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite and for that reason, I will continue to go back!

        I dont understand it. Such big company and small minded employees , so I walk in there trying to lower my bill the managers trying to upsell me stuff what Im trying to do is lower my bill in the end he did a couple things and he said it should be lower $20 now the following bill I get charged with $73 extra, bad business Tmobile and the manager on site should be fired

        Staff seem friendly, but when you are guaranteed one thing and find out you were completely lied to, is pretty bad. Mis-quoting, not understanding promotions, and service can hurt a customers wallet.

        Beware. I have been a t-mobile customer for a couple of years. I went to this store to change one of my phones and keep my existing plan. The manager told me I had to buy an additional prepaid plan. The manager lied to me. I went to the other store and had a good experience. Do not use this location. Buyer beware
