        UPDATE: 12/12/23 I stopped to ship out a package this morning and there was only one associate working. This time of year that is not good business. The girl was wonderful and did the best she could, but the franchise owner should be working if they are short employees. have used this location to ship, notarize, copy and purchase since 2016. I have always found them professional and kind..until the last couple of months. They have hired in the most obnoxious, rude and unprofessional people I have ever delt with. No more walking in the door and being greeted like a friend. There are other UPS locations near by that I found today, and I will never ever frequent this business again. They have lost a good customer due to bad hiring.

      We do apologize that you had an unpleasant visit at our store on October 6, 2021. Unfortunately The UPS Store is unable to ship bank bills, notes, or currency (other than coin) as it is against the law and therefore on our prohibited items list. We understand the distress that may have been caused by explaining we were not able to ship your package unless you removed the currency from the inside. We left the decision up to you with what you wanted to do next with your package, you chose to not ship it, and disclosed to us that you have been shipping currency in some of your packages for years. If you had previously informed us that there was currency in the package, we would have told you the same thing, but we had no knowledge of it. We hope you reconsider your decision to not visit our store as we strive to provide great customer service. If not, any of our other locations nearby would be glad to help you whenever you need with any of your shipping, notarizing, and coping services.
