I find Yates to be the best place I have ever worked in my several decades of being a machinist. Machinists know what to expect when it comes to overtime. I appreciate the opportunity for the OT. The pay is based on experience and is on par with the average for the region or better. Plenty of opportunity for raises and advancement as the company is always growing. Yates is like one big family and the benefits are great. Yates is a great place to work and you will be treated like an adult and with respect. Would never work here again, nothing but angry old rednecks. You will not be allowed to advance, there are no bonuses and the schedule changes weekly. Treats people like garbage
