      Steve, you were charged a 10% restocking fee for a turbo that you kept for over a month. We discussed and agreed on the fee before hand. I'm sorry that you are disappointed but we have to pay a 3% credit card fee for every transaction including credits and including core charges.When you factor in the 3% two times and shipping both ways I still lost money on the transaction. That is not money we get to keep but money we pay to process your card. It is never our intent to treat someone unfairly but I do not believe it is unfair to charge part of the credit card transaction fee back to you as agreed upon. We were under no obligation to allow you to return the product at all and did so as a favor.

      image Jason at City Diesel took good care of me walking me through my turbo problems until 8:30 at night! Thought the actuator was faulty but it turned out an integral part in the turbo slipped. He is very knowledgeable about these turbos and actuators! Couldnt ask for better customer service and quality parts
