Absolutely horrible funeral home service. They messed up picture presentation. They were 20 minutes late starting it ( tech guy was late) they had a completely different group of pictures we didnt recognize. It was terribly embarrassing if not comical.
They Did not do closed casket as we asked. No direction at all. The person doing hair and make up did terrible job. They even put wrong last name on death certificate which really gave our 89 year old step father grief with social security administration. you name it they screwed it up and made our already sad day, way worse. I would not use again!!

Steve,Hilda and staff are so great and knowledgeable. I had my parents Othaniel and Jean Bennefield's bodies at Cullman Funeral Home and many other family members were taken care by the staff. I would encourage anyone that needs a time of care and compassion these are the one's to call or go too....Thank you, Annette B. Kilgo

My step father passed in April among all the lock downs from the pandemic. We couldn't have a memorial for him then. I asked if Cullman Funeral Home could do memorial cards for our private gathering. I met with a gentleman named Greg who was very sweet and compassionate. I didn't have all the information they needed so he told me to email it to [email protected]. I received a response from Hilda Rogers that she didn't know what I was talking about. I responded to her email and she never forwarded it to or even told Greg about my email. I only found out because I called to see if I could pick them up. Steve Rogers was the only one there and he called Hilda. I could hear her on the phone and she said "I told Greg not to bother with it". Here it is four days before my Dad's memorial and I have no memorial cards. It seems that $125 isn't enough for them to bother with.
