I will never forget how poorly that my family and I were treated by the staff here when my grandmother passed away. A funeral home is supposed to be a place for families to come and mourn over a loved one. You are dealing with people in the hardest times of their lives. You must be able to show empathy and kindness to these people as you may never truly know what they are going through. I was very disappointed by the actions of the funeral director (Im not sure of her name).

they were really nice . they let us take our time and ask anything we wanted to about this place. Really helped us.
