Dr Bartlett was recommended to me by a friend so I tried dental arts. I had to have an upper and lower partial. It took several visits to get all the work done. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. They look and feel great. I highly recommend Dr Bartlett and dental arts for any dental needs. BTW I live 64 miles away ( 128 miles round trip) and will continue to use them.

BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i HAVE NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT ANYTHING PUBLICLY IN MY LIFE! I went there with a very bad case of gingivitis. They recommenced i remove my front 4 teeth, and have a partial made, which freaked me out , to think my front teeth would be removed, but by there recommendation i took what i thought was professional advice. there is nothing professional about this office. they will fool you at first!! To make a long story short. my partial was not made proper, it DOES NOT FIT MY MOUTH! It tore a hole in my tongue,it fits crooked . destroyed my caps on my bottom. I went through 3 Dentist! Dr. brown is so uncaring and dangerous! he tore my mouth up!!! and never saw Dr, Barnes, except once during a cleaning. they kept telling me they'd send them back to be redone, but each visit I made they had me make another appointment Dr.Brown shaved my caps when i told them my caps never hit my top teeth? now i have a black spot on my cap? I left with still my mouth hurting and driving me crazy. I went back on numerous occasions, still nothing, Dr. Brown said to me and I will quote him, You have 30 seconds ? tell me what you want me to do? That day is when i went to show hon the whole that was forming in my tough, from the metal in the back of my mouth??? Hello. He is the dentist? i never did show him, i was so upset by what he said, I said to him, I guess my 30 seconds are up? Left there crying my eyes out , AGAIN! !!! finally, a new dentist there, a lady, i cannot even remember her name is the only one that seemed to care, she sent the partial for a reline, they removed the metal in the back that put a whole in my tongue . Thank God for that, but still the partial is literally splitting in and does not fit my mouth properly. , this is all within the first time they put them in my mouth until 7 months later. they get there money and don't care. I left with a partial falling apart, falling out of my mouth. So I again made another appointment and requested that I only see Dr. Barnes, Well he sent his office manager, Bonnie in the room to tell me I have sensitive issues? and I need to see a Specialist , gave me a computer printout of a referral, and sent me on my way>> I don't have sensitivity issues, I have a partial that was made wrong issue! Not only that, I was allowing them to take payments from my credit card each month, I had a ZERO BALANCE! WHEN THEY CALL TO TELL ME MY CARD WAS DENIED, i SAID WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM ME WHEN I OWE YOU NOTHING? THEY SAID TO BUILD AN ACCOUNT FOR ME?? THEY WERE TAKING MONEY FROM ME WHEN I OWED THEM NOTHING? THEY SAID I HAD A $59.70 CREDIT, AND WERE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD? THANK GOD THAT CARD WAS CANCELED DUE TO THE TARGET FRAUD? i WENT THERE AFTER THAT, THEY CLAIM THEY GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK , BUT NEVER DID, JUST BEWARE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT A PROFESSIONAL CARING HONEST DENIST, I WOULD RUN FROM THIS ONE!!!
