Adams Rex M DMD

We've gone to Dr Adams for 15 years, ever since the new changes and literally everyone that was there left it has been terrible. Our children have separate insurance policies for each and because there was a problem with one of my children's insurance they literally pulled my son out of the chair and told him they could not complete his cleaning. We will not be back and in fact we are going to follow the old staff to their new employers. It's clear that Dr Adams is putting money before patients these days.

Dr. Adams himself has always been great. My family has been going here for over 20 years. Within the last year we have been very disappointed with the staff. RUDE is the new there. If you call to see if they are running on time they immediately say yes of course. Therefore, I make an extra effort to be on time, actually 15 minutes early. Well, after waiting for 30 minutes PAST my appointment time, I am told they are ready for me. I let them know I had to be somewhere else shortly-- response was- I'll be quick and get you out - again RUDE. How about stay on schedule. Waiting room full to capacity, looked way overbooked. If they are behind, just say it. Appointments are set for a reason - not just get me whenever you can. At least admit your way behind!! I understand people are just numbers nowadays, but you can't keep loyal clients with a bad staff.

Dr. Rex Adams is a very good dentist, he does excellent work, the staff is great, I can't remember everyone's names but Michelle is great, it's always a pleasure calling Dr. Rex Adams office because Michelle is always so kind & courteous & helpful, she always puts me in a great mood after I've spoken to her.

After being sober for over 4 years my biggest concern was my teeth. I stopped smiling and laughing. When I did I covered my face. That was until I met Dr. Adams. I will never hide my smile again. Everyone in his office is wonderful. They always make sure you are completely taken care of. I cannot say anything bad about them.
