        I had a very disappointing experience with Jim Peach Ford Alabama while trying to purchase a 2023 Ford Mach-E GT. I saw the vehicle listed for 52k and reached out to start negotiations. I asked about rebates and government tax incentives for electric vehicles and confirmed with them that the Mach-E was eligible. After a long negotiation, they agreed to the price I wanted out the door and even pulled my credit for financing. The next morning, I was excited to receive the vehicle, but they reached out to me and said they couldn't do the deal because they couldn't claim the tax incentive, and the price would be 53,500. I was shocked that after agreeing to the price and pulling my credit, they would suddenly change the terms. They didn't even apologize for their error or attempt to negotiate further. I informed them that their competitors were offering lower prices, but they refused to budge. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend doing business with Jim Peach Ford Alabama based on my experience.
