I greatly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Todd. He was very kind and compassionate. He took his time to explain my situation and was happy to talk out all of my concerns. I'm thankful for his help and pointing me in the right direction to get all the help I need. I'm also very appreciative of his warm and friendly staff. Both young women I dealt with were a pleasure to be around. I will definitely be using his services if needed in the future! Thank you for making me feel like a priority. It's nice to feel like more than a patient.

I needed a new doctor, as I recently have moved. I found Hoover Urgent Care online and called to set up an appointment to come in. I saw Dr Todd, and he sat down and explained what they had found, as well as the medications, and their possible side effects with me, instead of just handing me a prescription and showing me to the front door. I very much appreciated that. If you are looking for a new doctor, I recommend Dr Todd.

Our whole family loves this urgent care. Dr. Parrish is wonderful. This is our go to urgent care.
