I used to get good service from momentum but not anymore. i lost service 2 weeks ago and have spent about 20 hours trying to first figure out the problem. then gave up and decided to switch to another carrier and port my number, the one i had prior to using momentum. i have been given a complete run around with more and more hoops to jump through. it appears that no one has the authority to resolve this. i have filed a complaint with the fcc and am awaiting a response. but here it is, 2 weeks later with no service and still getting a bill. i think momentum should not only port the number over since i have signed all needed documents with the other company, but refund my last 2 months of non-service. and then pay me an additional $10,000.00 for wasting my time with more hoops to jump through. one other thing: i have attempted to find someone at momentum who has the authority to resolve this. instead, i just get caught up in a loop of messages and people who have no authority to fix it.

Everyone here is nice, super respectful, and they work hard and fast. Amazing staff.
