        Genesis made the entire process smooth and easy. We needed to start two lines, get two phones, and trade in our current phones. She got all of that done including porting our old numbers in one evening. I'm so glad we switched to T Mobile! Also, she offered to work on the process while we went and got food so we wouldn't have to wait on the phones to update before we got dinner. We trusted her enough to leave our phones there. Highly recommend this store! They were also very sweet and understanding of our wild 2 year old that was with us. T Mobile, give these people a raise.

        Drove over here to get a new phone. Hours posted as 10A. Arrived at 10:15 and store is not open. Watched three other customers leave also. Wont be back. This is how you go out of business; one customer at a time.
