I would NOT recommend coming here. The overall care is poor and the receptionist MISTY is VERY unprofessional, rude and has a nasty attitude EVERY single time! She's disrespectful, doesn't listen and will definitely interrupt you and talk over you a lot. If she hates people and hates her job that much, she should not work there.
They should not have receptionists like that, when that is the person that people speak to when they try to make appointments. Receptionists are the face of the company because it is who the people deal with / who the public encounter and can prevent people from continuing or beginning business with you. The doctor says one thing and the receptionist Misty says another. They are unhelpful, don't follow through with what they say, don't call back, do not inform you, and do not do the referrals they say that they are going to do in that they are supposed to do. There is a huge lack of genuine care whatsoever. There is another rude receptionist, I do not recall her name but the receptionists in general are very disrespectful for Dr. Salter and tapscott.
I did not choose to come here, I was referred here and it has been the biggest nightmare + weeks of going in circles and them being unprofessional, unhelpful and not handling business and allowing me to suffer. Save your time energy and effort .. do not come here! Misty has been reported directly through HR to St Vincent's! I wouldn't recommend keeping people like her if y'all want business.
