        We had a fraudulent charge for a cell phone on our account and shipped in my husband's name. I visited this location as the tracking number indicated it was being held for pickup at this center. I spoke with who I assume was a manager and they physically brought the package to the front. I explained that we didn't want ANYONE to be able to pick up this package and if they did, it was whoever ordered this fraudulently. She assured me that they would send the phone back to the shipper and that if anyone tried to pick it up, they would call their security. We checked the tracking number and it said that the package was delivered to our home address and signed for. This is impossible as we were in New Orleans the day that the tracking indicated delivery. Something weird is happening with this. The package, I was assured, would not leave the facility other than to be shipped back to the shipper. Also, it required signature and ID. NO ONE was home to provide either of those. I will be coming in to this center to speak with management about how this was allowed as well as having UPS opening an investigation.
