Put in application got approved the 25th of last month and my deadline to move was the first but they didnt contact me until today, via text @ 8pm. Ive had to move somewhere else already and they wont give me my application fee back and they neglected their duties to fulfill their end of the application process for ten days, five days past our deadline which they assured us they would be able to beat but cant even answer the phone.

This place doesnt ever answer their phones and they dont care what goes on at their apartments they manage! I was left without working toilets and mold for SIX WEEKS and I finally had to hire a plumber and pay $800 to fit it all myself after they said no to getting it fixed!!! Not to mention if the apt manager doesnt like utheyll try and force u out any way they can and its not right!!!! Ive been here SIX months and for all they know we are still in mold and dont have any working toilets still Update:Now theyve blocked me from being able to pay my rent on the portal.Ive done nothing wrong and never been late on rent .Sure seems like if they dont like u theyll try and get u out any way they can.

Lived in their college court property. Nice property for college students, the landlord was NOT communitive, some tenants went without water for X amount of weeks, once my power was shut off for no explanation and there was no emergency line to communicate with the landlord, they barely answer phones/email.

Unrealistically bumping rent up, not fixing apartment smoke smell, not fixing door someone used a crowbar on trying to break in.....and many more problems that would take up pages.

They wont give me back my deposit and they dont answer the phone. Theres no direct way to reach them.
