Unfortunately after 8 years as a resident at one of their properties I am now having to resort to this. I have received no return calls from my complaints at the corporate level. The regional manager just called and screamed at me for leaving messages about ongoing issues. I would never recommend living at any of their properties. This is one of many issues.

The company hires maintainence people that don't know all their job they are supposed to do properly. And is sub par maintainance.

I have reached out to Tara Cater concerning my living situation at one of the properties in mobile al( Washington plaza) about the property manager concerning the mistreatment, lying ,rule breaking Zelda Hatcher and nothing hasn't been done all of my complaints are kept between the two of them so getting help is not happening every day I continue to live here is draining me mentally and emotionally and no one at Marcum seem to care or, I'm not being allowed to talk to the Boss to see if the company cares about the tenants if I could rate them a zero I would I pray for a better living situation and to one day be able to enjoy life again this living experience has changed me in a negative way I have been complaining and asking for help for 2.5 years to only b ignored and lied too so thanks Zelda and Tara I hope u sleep well at night because I haven't been able too thanks too your poor management
