I highly recommend to any not to move here. Your Water will be turned off randomly basically every week . They dont fixed anything, and They stay lying and say you owe money I believe the other bad reviews speak for themselves.. someone needs to sue this place

I cannot wait to get out of here. The water is constantly cut off (they don't pay the bill). My water heater has busted twice. I barely get hot water when it does work. The management sucks. The people are relatively nice. Emergency maintenance is useless. They charge you whatever they feel like.

i recommend not moving here . neighbors are okay its just management office that is very very unethical ... they send me overdue letters every month and put threatning letters of eviction on my door when i have never even been late on a pmt . theres one lady in the office who does here job everyone else are awful . i wouldnt recommend any moving here , im in a studio and i have to race to tske a shower before it gets cold like im in a house with 7 other people who need to shower smh ... also roaches... roaches are veryyy badd here . i didnt bring roaches but i spray raid everyday killing roaches and its quite disquisting considering the amount of rent .. i saw one on my bed that did it for me bc i didnt come from roaches and for theyre to be roaches still is really bad . i was getting pest control to come out but they lost theyr contract so they no longer have them anymore ... but since ive been spraying myself i have seen a decrease in the roaches
