    Called ahead to make sure I could complete my TSA application before driving 30 minutes to the store. The employee I spoke with, confirmed I could wait an hour, but could complete the needed documentation during my visit. When I arrived, I was turned away and told they no longer could fit me in to complete the paperwork.

    I ordered a document to be printed and delivered to my address, which they said was a service they offered on their website, but I never got my order and was still charged full price for my order. I called the store on Hwy 280 thinking they had my order only to talk to a lady who was unprofessional and giving me an attitude the whole time. She told me they didnt have my order in their system and couldnt help me. I asked for a refund and she couldnt help me with that either. She then called me back to tell me my order was with the Trussville store but I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER AND MY CARD WAS CHARGED.

    Terrible! You pay $20 for a 5-page, laminated, coil-bound document that comes apart every time you use it, and they won't even refund you, even though the person in charge of the Copy & Print Center admitted that happens with coil-bound. I'll just go to Office Depot for printing now on since they have better customer service. I see why this location's reviews have went down hill in the past few years.

    Customer Service is everything! Nice young lady (Ney) who was serving in the print area didnt mean to be sarcastic but she was. Its started when I first walked in and ask how much would it be to get black print on my own card stock paper? I never said what color paper. She responded I dont think I can print on black paper. I responded no I would like black ink on white paper. Maybe I said it wrong. She yeah because I was confused. Ok! She asked if i wanted multiple on one sheet and at the time I wanted it a certain size and I knew it wouldnt be able to do multiple unless I did it smaller that a 5x8 so I replied, No. I understand she was offering and this was helpful information not knocking this at all. After, I reviewed my document could go down a size without it messing up the quality of what I was printing, I asked for the price if I did 2 on one page. She replied: thats what I was saying at first. Ok, but thats not what I wanted at first but now I do. Then I was going to pick up the next day but I chose to do same day pick up because the price dropped drastically. I guess it bothered her I changed my mind. She said ok I will call you when its done. No time range or anything just I will call you when its done. Oh ok! By the way the lady in front of me she helped, she didnt get smart with her one time maybe she felt the need to be sarcastic with me. Anyway, my advice is not that customers are always right because sometimes they arent. I know that my attitude was intact and I asked questions because thats what I do and I didnt get smart but I felt like she did in the conversation twice. Your response and reaction towards a person can go a long way. Im only giving a 1 star because of her customer service. I will go continue to shop at this one because this is the first time I have had to do a review on someone here. I have been loyal customer a long time.
