While working at NCP, I never had any issues with the team leaders, nor management for that matter. They were pretty cool with me for the most part, and the work environment was pretty chill. HAVING SAID ALL OF THAT HOWEVER, they are very unorganized, and their business practices are very questionable and shady at best. Plus, there's just no communication at all between those in upper management. There's no communication between upper management and workers either, they print out plans/schedules but don't stick by them, defeating the purpose of having plans/schedules for workers in the first place. I could go on, but I don't want this to be a wall of text, for those of you that plan on working at this business, just be very cautious. Side note: Saturdays and Sundays, you can use your phone and listen to music, but make sure you got earbuds or headphones.
