        Don't waste your time trying to sell them men's rings. They won't offer you a penny more than the melt price of the gold and will then treat you like you are wasting their time when you make any sort of reasonable counteroffer. I don't see how it is unreasonable for a customer to ask for melt price plus $50. Apparently, anything less than them being able to double or triple their money is offensive to them and you are just an annoyance for not accepting their insulting offer and asking for an extra $50.

      Hello Joshua, I am very sorry to hear about your bad experience. Unfortunately, men's jewelry does not sell very well right now, and we have to approach situations like this under the assumption that we can make money scrapping a piece. The vast majority of men's jewelry that we buy ends up getting repurposed or melted, simply because of the demand for men's jewelry. Buying like this is the only way we can ensure profitability and keep our lights on. We have to turn things over quickly, gold can go down just as easily as it can go up.That said, I am sincerely sorry if our buyers spoke to you in a way that made you feel disrespected. That is never something that we condone.I hope you were able to get what you wanted for the ring elsewhere. Have a great day.
