        As useless as the IRS phone numbers and offices, and this is supposed to be an advocacy center? Good luck. Don't waste your time.

        My old horrible company won't send my w-2 / 1099, irs website says call this number, I call the number. No proper extension, no person to talk to. I have tried for 2 months and too many hours of my life to properly file taxes, I can't do anything but it's a crime I'd I don't do anything, great system with great help!

        Walk in time is between 7:30-8:30 on Tuesdays. Nobody was on time and I was told to wait bc I didnt have appointment when I was one or the first people waiting outside. All around unprofessional. Hope that I never have to come here again. They hire anybody.
