        First off, OGD solved my problem which occurred over the weekend very quickly. The representative was very polite and courteous when I called. The follow up text for the appointment is very convenient and easy to interact with as well as informative to next steps and timing of visit. The service tech was polite and concise. The information regarding the remedy and cost of all options were explained very well and were easy to understand. The technician was quick and proficient with the repair and installation giving me detail to the process as well as future maintenance tips. Great service and very convenient. Thank you, OGD!

        Phone representative was professional, courteous and helpful. The technician who came out was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Replaced 2 tension springs, drive shaft coupler, lubricated all joints/rollers, and replaced light bulbs in about 2 hours. Excellent service.

        $50 service call for them to tell me there is nothing they can do to keep the sun from hitting the sensor seems pretty high.

      Hi Mike. I apologize that you were not fully pleased with your recent OGD visit. Our technician did come out and do his inspection and diagnosis, which is what our service call covers, and we go over that service call with you when booking the appointment. The technician did diagnose a possible concern within your motor causing the issue, however during that time, you found online something suggesting that the cause was stemming from the sunlight. Our technician offered a tune up service on your door and motor to address the possible motor issue, and to add a shade to your safety eyes, of which both services were denied. We are more than happy to help with your garage door needs, and if you would like to move forward with any of the quotes the technician has left with you, please give us a call. I see that you rated us 5 stars when we performed a previous repair on your door, and we would very much appreciate being able to help you with this concern as well.
