        We added a keypad opener for our garage doors. It was installed but soon became unreliable because the batteries would go dead quickly. After about 2 weeks, we called and another technician came out. He knew immediately what was causing the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. They stood behind their warranty and there was no charge for the second service charge. Works perfectly now!
