Emergency Room | UAB Hospital

I got to UAB Emergency Room at 17:56 P.M and I am right in the Emergency Room. I was told my blood keep clotting. It's clotting because they are rinsing the blood out of a Iv tube. And the little girl suppose to be a grown woman has a nasty attitude, she got the wrong one. I thought after years of not coming to the UAB EMERGENCY ROOM it hasn't changed at all. The NURSES AND DOCTORS ARE PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, CARING. THEY ARE SLOW ABOUT GETTING A PATIENT DISCHARGED. I THINK THE LADY BEHIND THE GLASS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM WHERE THE BEDS ARE IS VERY RUDE AND ALL SHE HAS DONE SINCE I BEEN HERE IS GOSSIP.

Everybody that I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Dr Hubbs was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took a little while to be seen, but that's expected in an emergency room.

I went to the er due to the shortness of breath. From the moment l walked in l did not feel welcomed. From the check in to the nurses and medical assistants. They are very rude and they give you a judging look. The nurses were very judgemental and they do not show passion for the patients. A student that was training gave me a bruise my skin looks black cause she doesnt know what she is doing? She gave me an Injection my skin looks terrible, blood was all over the bed . finally the nurse administered the injection again and never did l get an apology. Just cause you a nurse it dont mean you better than anyone. Never judge a book by its cover. Yea l came in looking rough cause l was sick that dont mean judge!!!!! Who cares how you look when you show up at the er at 2am. they need to hire nurses that care for people. They just hire anyone. I can mention names if l have too.TERRIBLE STUFF AND I GUESS UAB DOEST CARE ABOUT REVIEWS CAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN AND NOTHING IS DONE.THE DOCTORS ON THE OTHER HAND WERE SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. Brought my wife in to the emergency room Monday evening at around 7 she has pneumonia and is sepsis it is now Tuesday at 11 pm and she is still not in a room and have not received any sort of treatment at all
