Drive thru Pharmacy is a joke. Staff are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I literally had the tech yelling at me and calling me RUDE!! Yes, I was called rude for asking why my medication wasn't ready after I received an automated phone call stating it was ready for pickup. I literally deplore this Pharmacy. I switched from mail order to Walgreen's because I thought it would be more convenient but it isn't. I might as well wait on my postman to deliver to my medication to my door.

As I was shopping here today I overheard the Manager (I think his name is Jeff) speaking to everyone (employees and customers) so kindly. I overheard many conversations he had with others since the store is kind of quiet, it was refreshing to hear him try to make everyone's day. He treated the employees respctfully and with great care. I bet they really enjoy working for him. He answered a question for me, he made sure to stop what he was doing and gave me his undivided attention. Retail is often a thankless job, but it was awesome to hear how many times he told employees "Thank You". I will be shopping here more regularly because of him. He deserves to be recognized for his kindness and for how efficiently he helped customers

I would have given a 0 if I could, the pharmacy is no good, tell me they dont have meds in stock when Im in terrible pain, they just did not wanted to help because it was before closing, I will not waste my time to ever come back to this location, cant complain about customer service cause there is none. You guys should make some changes because this way you will not be in business pretty soon Was thinking to give them another chance, but they were even worse than the previous time, they even wear t-shirts saying NOT TODAY - being really sick and just want to ask a question, the finger just got lift to let you know, its not time to speak, its awful service, never seen something as bad as this
