This is the worst Dollar General in Birmingham. The store is dirty, unorganized, and shelves are empty. Always one employee there. The building inside and outside needs remodeling and updates.

This was trip, front door was plywood. Didn't shop bc there was one cashier. Store was hot as hades.

So, I went into the store to quickly purchase some toiletries. You would not believe what I seen. I know all companies having a hard time hiring people. Though, it does not make any sense for a store to look in despair.
I felt like I jumped back in time to 2019 when COVID was around. Due to all the empty shelves I saw.
I believe I was fair with the (2) star rating. I did not take pictures of everything. Just by looking at my main uploads, one can notice the disorganized environment.
Below are my pros and cons
Pros:
Employees are welcoming and knowledgeable
Saving rewards
Multiple locations
Handicap accessible
Plenty of parking spaces
Cons:
Dusty
Mildew smell
Floors not clean
No variety of items
Isles crowded and clustered w/ items
Shelves not stocked properly
Behind the cash registers, it is a hoarding of items climbing up to the ceiling.
