i will never go back do not recommend!! worst dental experience of my life. i went in for sore gums walked with my tooth pulled i had to go back the following week because it was a cut on my gum from them removing my tooth which they tried to blame on smoking when the dentist told me i could smoke again in two days ok so they give me a prescription for mouthwash and and some pain relief i couldnt take because of other issuse ok so i get to the pharmacy they wont fill it telling me to call the dentist back the dentist telling ne to call medicaid when i only had that when i was pregnant so i was confused so i tried calling the dentist back three or four times and they stopped answering the phone no they wasnt closed or on lunch ok so after all that i wasnt going back the little girl at the front called me and asked did i wanna set up an appointment and im like no my follow up appointment was the next day and she said she didnt see me in the system and did i want to make another appointment at this point im furious and told her no i wish i would pay some more money for them to do the bare minimum.this was a referral and i told the person who referred me what happened and she didnt even go back just a heads up this dentist is not professional or welcoming they only saw me the first time because ut was raining and most people cacelled

They were really nice and I got an appointment same day and I was happy because I was in so much pain. I'm not sure if they had patients skip out on them before but I felt like they didn't trust me as they kept asking for payment, which in this day and age I don't blame them. The Dr was really pleasant as I never been to the dentist out of fear and he made me feel really comfortable. I will continue to use them to get my dental health back on track and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks again!
